As a native Oregonian and a Portland resident, living and working in the same area and being a Real Estate Broker since 1977 has afforded Cherie the opportunity to learn about Oregon and Portland and its surrounding areas in depth.

Being raised at Fred’s Marina, in a floating home, gave her an exposure and an understanding of the complexities of water living and of a lifestyle that is different, yet highly sought after. Upon marriage, she moved to Sauvie Island and learned about farms and farmland, cattle, and living on an island in a rural area, yet having access to downtown Portland within a few minute’s commute. Cherie currently lives in the Pearl and has acquired knowledge of the intricacies of condo buying and selling. With the popularity of condo living in Portland over the past 15 plus years, she has become well versed in all of the area’s condo buildings, their HOA’s and their individual amenities by listing and selling condos of all kinds.

Cherie’s joy in this business is working with varied clients from first time home buyers to empty nesters selling their home and downsizing to people relocating to investors. For her sellers, she defines the parameters needed to prepare their home for market and outline the process from start to closing. For her buyers, she works as a team with them to determine their specific needs and wants and then she puts their “wishes” into a defined search and go through a process of methodically assembling the “puzzle.”

There is nothing easy or stress-free about buying or selling Real Estate.
