Caitlin, an Oregon native, graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Public Relations Journalism and a minor in French. After spending time abroad in Paris and a year in Seattle, she returned to the Portland area with a broadened global outlook and an enriched perspective.

Caitlin and her sister Shannon, known collectively as the SinkeySisters, offer their real estate clients a unique advantage through their exceptional attention to detail and deep expertise in the development industry. Together, they create tailored solutions that reflect the distinct needs of each client.

In addition to her real estate license, Caitlin co-owns a boutique architecture and construction firm with her sister and father, Bruce. The firm specializes in design-build and real estate investment projects, focusing on small commercial ventures and high-end residential developments. They are expanding their portfolio into the Hawaiian market, bringing their signature attention to detail and innovative design.
