Lorraine was born and grew up in London. After her marriage, she moved to Portland, the city of Roses which is now her beloved home, along with all the Roses in her family. Lorraine was educated at Godolphin and Latimer School for Girls in London and then 2 years at the City of London College. She worked as the English assistant to the world renowned nuclear physicist, Colonel Yuval Neeman, the military attache to the Israel Embassy in London. On a 6 month visit to New York, she met her husband. Emanuel Rose. They married in London and then moved to Portland where she raised her family where she has been ever since. Lorraine has been in real estate as a Principal Broker and top producer for over 30 years and is thrilled to join (w)here Real Estate in her favorite city Portland, Oregon.
