Courtney Magnuson Davies
Courtney is a fourth generation Oregonian, she is proud to represent our beautiful city of Portland and helping others call it home. A great part of who she is, is (w)here she has been. After graduating form Lincoln High School and subsequently University of Puget Sound she was fortunate to have the opportunity to travel, study and live in Central America, Montana and Copenhagen, Denmark. While vastly different places each experience allowed her to expand her comfort levels, appreciate other ways of living, and ultimately bring her back to this fabulous city to call it home once again.
Courtney naturally was drawn to real estate upon returning to Portland 12 years ago and has been practicing ever since. With roots based on the westside and currently living on the eastside, she can confidently say that she is both an eastisde and westside specialist. Helping my clients navigate the buying and selling process takes intuition, the ability to listen, and to the confidence to manage and execute the entire process from beginning to end. She loves her job because each transaction is completely different and each person’s story is unique and compelling. Real estate is not only about buying and selling property but about linking knowledge, trust and confidence together. Her clients often describe her as patient, level-headed, resourceful, compassionate and connected. Furthermore, she has three school aged children and has a deep knowledge of our public and private schools and she is able to help sort out the intricacies of making this important decision.
When Courtney is not selling real estate you can often find her hiking the trails of Forest Park with her golden retriever, playing tennis or yoga, skiing with my family, volunteering at school, watching a Blazer or Timbers game, or investigating the latest new restaurants!
Courtney looks forward to sharing her knowledge and passion of Portland with you and helping you find your next home.
