Eric is a life long designer and craftsman. For nearly nine years he was a creative lead at the Portland based home goods brand, Schoolhouse, where he helped grow the brand and position it in the marketplace. It was at Schoolhouse when he developed a deep understanding of thoughtful living through purposeful design in the home. This knowledge, and appreciation also extends to architecture as he believes that’s where the art and science of creating “home” begins.

This creative background gives Eric the unique ability to connect with his clients in a holistic, design centered way, which makes him an asset to the industry.

When it comes to homes, Eric believes that good design pays dividends; elevating property values, and ultimately enhancing life. Eric specializes in modern, mid century, and architecturally inspired homes of every era that exude modern living.

Eric was born and raised in the PNW, and currently resides in Slabtown. As an avid cyclist, Eric loves to explore Portland's Neighborhoods by bicycle. When he’s not regularly riding the hills of NW and SW Portland, he’s training for Cycle Oregon or hand crafting an acoustic guitar, building custom cabinetry, or renovating his own home; always eager for a creative challenge.
