As the Owner/President of (w)here, Suzann has been selling real estate for over 29 years locally and has a unique understanding of the real estate business. With a degree in Civil Engineering and a Business minor from Santa Clara University, she has the ability to evaluate properties from many different perspectives. In addition to her extensive real estate experience, Suzann also has over 25 years of construction background. Born and raised in Portland, Suzann is a first generation American and is bi-lingual. She considers her roots to be both Portland and Croatia. She returns to her parents homeland annually. Suzann loves all sports and especially enjoys basketball, volleyball, golf, running and skiing.
