Dana, a native Oregonian, started in real estate in 2000, she combined her love of Portland with her love of architecture and working with people. She was happy to find an industry where she could provide excellent service, guide clients through their real estate transaction, negotiate, plan and execute marketing. She prides herself on communication throughout the process, beginning with educating her clients about the details of buying or selling, and her great communication continues on through closing. She takes great pride in being a resource to her clients, and feels that’s one of the most important aspects of real estate. This attitude results in great referrals from satisfied buyers and sellers.
With over 16 years in real estate, Dana is an experienced and effective negotiator, and has successfully negotiated multiple offer situations for many buyers and sellers throughout the years.
When she’s not helping people find their perfect home, or get top dollar for their existing property, Dana works to stay up to date on the constantly changing marketplace. In her free time, Dana loves to spend time at the Oregon Coast, and travel to Hawaii to snorkel. At home she enjoys tending to her garden, golfing, skiing and hiking.
