Kate brings honest market insight, clear communication, and the ability to professionally manage her clients' real estate needs to her business every day. With 12+ years experience she knows that real estate is all about people and the need to truly listen to her clients wants, needs, and motivations. 

Kate is a Portland native and a Lincoln High School graduate. Kate earned her Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. She became a licensed professional engineer and worked for both an engineering consulting and design-build company bringing a strong background to her real estate career. Kate's always thankful for the opportunity to help her clients reach their real estate goals. 

Outside of work Kate is a mom of two active boys. She is involved in Irvington Elementary School and she is a committee member for the Multnomah Athletic Club ski team.
